Rhinoplasty
This is a 16-year-old female patient that underwent a rhinoplasty at our office. She came to us to address her boxy tip, and large dorsal hump. The plan was to proceed with a cephalic trim for the tip, dorsal hump reduction, septoplasty and a columella strut for the tip.
Rhinoplasty
This is a 26-year-old female patient that had a rhinoplasty at our office. She came to us because she wanted to address a moderate dorsal hump over the bridge of her nose as well as a deviated septum. The plan was to proceed with an open rhinoplasty with a dorsal hump reduction, tip refinement maneuvers, septoplasty, and cartilage grafting.
Facelift
This is a 56-year-old female patient that underwent a full face and necklift at our office. She came to us because wanted to address her loss of volume at the prejowl sulcus, descent of the malar fat pad, jowling and platysmal banding. The plan was to proceed with a SMASectomy facelift with a deep plain necklift and liposuction.
